Buon Fresco

I studied buon fresco with the great restorer Leonetto Tintori, and have been painting frescoes ever since. It is the ideal integration of art and architecture, and demands a bold, bravura approach to execution.

Practicing a lost art.

Fresco painting is tenuously kept alive by a handful of artists devoted to the medium. It deserves a bigger place in the world of new classical architecture.
